We are STILL getting compliments from our guests about the taste of the cupcakes, and the look of the table. We only had a few left over, which we all ate the day after the wedding. I would highly recommend Holly and her company.

The first time we went to Sweet Carolina Cupcake, i was skeptical. We brought back to our condo a chocolate and white cupcake for each of us. The first bite into the chocolate fudge icing, I literally said “wow”. It was, hands down, the best I’ve eaten. In fact, our daughter’s wedding next fall will have a wedding cake made up of Sweet Carolina cupcakes. I can’t wait. Father of the bride should get a half dozen, right?

So good we went there 2 nights in a row for dessert. Now I know why there is a show on Food Network called “Cupcake Wars” and the owner of Sweet Carolina’s should be invited to battle. I loved their Neapolitan with strawberry icing. The chocolate with chocolate butter cream icing was also delicious. Check out their website for their flavors of the day.
