Well…in the real world, they are muffins. But in Cupcake World, we are calling them Breakfast Cupcakes. Why? They are just so pretty, they needed a special name. Here at Sweet Carolina Cupcakes, we are becoming known for our Coffee Cake (muffin) Breakfast Cupcake. It is SOOO good…brown sugar, cinnamon, and a little gooey glaze. We also offer Blueberry Shortbread, White Chocolate Cherry Almond, Chocolate Chocolate Chunk, Apple Raisin Pecan, Pineapple Coconut, Blackberry Cobbler, Reduced Fat Pumpkin Raisin, and coming soon –Sweet Southern Peach.
